Mike's journey with Better Built Trailers began in 1996 when he started the business, initially building trailers in his garage while balancing other responsibilities. A graduate of the Arizona Automotive Institute, Mike brings a wealth of expertise in motors and mechanics to our company. His extensive background includes years as a mechanic and a successful career as a race car driver, providing him with invaluable insights into vehicle design and performance.

Mike's passion for precision and quality craftsmanship has been integral to the growth and reputation of Better Built Trailers. His hands-on experience and technical sharpness continue to shape our commitment to delivering superior products and services to our customers.

Rhonda has been an integral part of the Better Built Trailers team since 2013, bringing with her a strong background in agriculture and financial analysis. Her expertise is instrumental in overseeing the accounting, financial analysis, and marketing aspects of our business. Rhonda's diligent administration ensures the smooth operation and strategic management of these critical functions, contributing to our continued growth and success in the industry.

Dylan's journey with us began during his high school years, and after earning his Entrepreneurship Degree from Kansas State University in 2016, he returned to join our team. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Polaris Off-Road Vehicles and Hustler Mowers, Dylan brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our organization. His experience and education exemplify our commitment to fostering talent and expertise within our company, ensuring exceptional service and support for our valued customers.

Brady has been part of our team since his high school days and rejoined us after a year at Fort Hays State University. He holds a Master Mechanic certification from the Polaris Mechanic School, showcasing his deep commitment to Polaris Motorsports. Brady's passion and expertise contribute significantly to our service excellence in handling Polaris vehicles at Better Built Trailers.

Jaron joined our team in 2012 after relocating from Ohio, starting as part of our shop staff. His enthusiasm for trailers and truck beds is evident in his work. Jaron has become an expert installer of truck beds and possesses extensive knowledge about our trailer Mahindra Tractor and truck bed products at Better Built Trailers. His expertise ensures our customers receive top-quality installations and comprehensive product information.

Gerald, a certified Polaris Master Technician with us since 2013, brings invaluable experience as a former Ford Mechanic. His expertise ensures high-quality service and reliability in all our mechanical operations at Better Built Trailers.

Larry has been a valued technician at Better Built since 2014, where he handles various aspects of our operations. His expertise spans across servicing Polaris vehicles, maintaining Hustler mowers, and Mahindra Tractor & Roxor services. Larry's versatile skills ensure our customers receive reliable and comprehensive support across a range of products, contributing to our commitment to excellence in service and satisfaction.

Sheldon joined us in 2018 straight from Goodland Vo-Tech Mechanic School, specializing in Polaris UTVs. His training and focus on Polaris vehicles ensure expert service and maintenance for our customers at Better Built Trailers. Sheldon's dedication and technical proficiency contribute to our commitment to providing top-tier support and reliability in our Polaris UTV offerings.

Gabrielle joined us in 2022 as our Office Manager, bringing with her a solid background in accounting and finance. Gabrielle's professionalism and organizational skills contribute to the smooth functioning of our office, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service.
